Intelligent high-frequency radar level gauge
The intelligent high-frequency radar level gauge adopts microwave pulse measurement method and can work normally in the industrial frequency band rang
Product details
Intelligent high-frequency radar level gaugeIt is a guided wave radar level gauge based on the principle of time-domain reflection (TDR). The electromagnetic pulse of the intelligent radar level gauge propagates along the steel cable or probe at the speed of light. When it encounters the surface of the measured medium, some of the pulses of the intelligent radar level gauge are reflected to form echoes and return to the pulse emitting device along the same path. The distance between the emitting device and the surface of the measured medium is proportional to the propagation time of the pulse between them, and the liquid level height is calculated.
Applied to water and liquid storage tanks, acid and alkali storage tanks, slurry storage tanks, solid particles, and oil storage tanks. Various conductive, non-conductive, and corrosive media. Such as coal bunkers, ash silos, oil tanks, acid tanks, etc.
Strong universality: It can measure liquid level and material level, meet the measurement requirements of different temperatures, pressures, and media, with a maximum measurement temperature of 800 ℃ and a maximum pressure of 5MPa, and can be applied to harsh environments such as corrosion and impact.
2. Anti hanging material: The unique circuit design and sensor structure enable its measurement to be unaffected by sensor hanging material, without the need for regular cleaning, avoiding false measurements.
3. Maintenance free: There are no movable parts during the measurement process, and there is no mechanical component damage issue, so no maintenance is required.
4. Anti interference: contact measurement, strong anti-interference ability, can overcome the influence of steam, foam and agitation on measurement.
5. Accurate and reliable: Diversified measurement quantities make measurements more accurate, measurement is not affected by environmental changes, high stability, and long service life.
H - Measurement Range
L - Empty tank distance
B - Top blind spot
E - Minimum distance from probe to tank wall
The top blind spot refers to the minimum distance between the highest material surface of the material and the measurement reference point.
The bottom blind spot refers to a distance near the bottom of the cable that cannot be accurately measured.
The effective measurement distance is between the top blind spot and the bottom blind spot.
be careful:
The use of guided wave radar level gauge can only ensure reliable measurement of the tank level when the material is between the top blind zone and the bottom blind zone.
